  • Article 1 (Legal Notice)

    1. The user confirms and agrees that participation in "Blood Empire Holy War1" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") or purchase of Lucky Tickets may result in the loss of purchase funds, such as non-winning.
    2. The user confirms and agrees that participation in the "Project" or purchase of Lucky Tickets is not a purchase made by a third party under duress or request.
    3. The user confirms and agrees that participation in the "Project" or purchase of Lucky Tickets is the user's own choice.
    4. The user confirms and agrees that prior to participation in the "Project" or purchase or sale of Lucky Tickets, the user will check the laws of the jurisdiction regarding "virtual assets" or "cryptocurrency" and will participate if there are no legal issues.
    5. Before participating in the "Project" or purchasing or selling Lucky Tickets, the User confirms and agrees to check the laws on anti-money laundering (AML) laws and participate only if there are no legal issues.
    6. The User confirms and agrees that he/she will check the laws of the jurisdiction before participating in the "Project" or purchasing or selling Lucky Tickets and purchase or sell them only if there are no legal issues.
    7. The User confirms and agrees that participation in the "Project" or purchasing Lucky Tickets cannot be used for gambling or speculation purposes.
    8. The User confirms and agrees that he/she will not raise any legal issues against the "Project" operator or the "Project" development team even if the Lucky Ticket is not won.
    9. The User confirms and agrees that any losses incurred due to the purchase of Lucky Tickets are the sole responsibility of the User and that the "Project" operator cannot refund the purchase amount under any circumstances.

  • Article 2 ("Project" Policy)

    1. The User confirms and agrees that the "Project" operating standard time is UTC+7 hours.

I confirm and agree that if this is not done or the personal information provided is unclear, the prize money will not be paid.
    9. The user confirms and agrees that the ranking bonus that users receive when they achieve a rank will be paid once a month.

The User confirms and agrees that the "Project" may be temporarily or significantly suspended from operation or that the User may not be able to log in to the "Project" for a significant period of time due to inspections, security maintenance, hacking, or other major issues on the "Project" server.
    14. The User confirms and agrees that the User may not transfer or provide as collateral his or her account to other users or third parties and that he or she may not obtain any financial benefit through the transfer or provision of collateral of the account.

The User confirms and agrees that participation in the "Request Join to Korea" and "Request Join to Japan" of the "Project" is limited to one time, and additional participation will be granted additional application qualifications in consideration of performance, contribution, and contribution to the "Project".

    4. The user may not transfer or provide his/her account as collateral to another user or a third party. If he/she obtains any financial benefit through the transfer or provision of collateral of the account, the user's account may be frozen permanently or the assets may be confiscated, closed, or deleted. The user confirms and agrees that he/she will not raise any legal issues with the "Project" operator or the "Project" development team.

  • Article 4 (Notice on Legal Compliance Responsibility)
